My experience has been mostly miss but with each new time I go to pick up the car, I get about 1 month of actual use and then something bad happens and I have to send it back. I had them build a Stage III for me (quoted two weeks) that took six months. The reason I requested it was because the 675 turbo's "blew" on the engine I had upgraded. At the time, I did not know it was the turbo's but suspected them. I removed the engine, sent the turbo's to Z1 and they returned them saying that they were good to go. When my Stage III finally arrived, I carefully installed the original 675's and when I first started the car with the new set up, it smoked just liked the other one. Fed up, I sent the car back. It was then that Z1 told me the turbo's were blown. Well this time, after they did an awesome job with the car, one month and a few miles later, I am boosting oil again. Bottomline, they always try to fix the problem and even had my car transported with no charge. However, the timeline is FRUSTRATING and everytime I call it's like I am bugging them. These points alone were the genesis of my recommendation to seek upgrades elsewhere.
